"I had a bunch of stuff that I needed help with around the house. Someone recommended Mark of Middleton Properties, so I contacted him. I was able to get on his schedule quickly. He stabilized the upstairs stair post, installed a handrail on the interior stairs, painted the ceiling in my laundry and bathroom, assembled and installed a ceiling fan, switched out 6 light fixtures, purchased the correct bulbs for the light fixtures, and fixed an interior door that was hard to open and close.
The work was good quality, but I also appreciated Mark’s transparency with what he was doing. He even let me know about a better solution for an exterior project that involved waiting for warmer weather. Furthermore, Mark was very kind and friendly. This is important to me when letting someone in my home to interact with my kid and dogs.
I plan on hiring Mark again in the spring to do some more work. He does good work for an affordable price. I highly recommend him for your handyman needs!"

"Mark completely remodeled two full bathrooms at my house and did an amazing job. He has also done several handyman jobs for me in the past 6 months. He and his team are currently completing a full gut and remodel of one of the units at a duplex I own. This includes the kitchen, bathroom, flooring, doors, trim, painting, tile, drywall, and MORE! He has excellent subcontractors that he manages to get the job done (electrician, plumber, HVAC, etc…). From start to finish he’s plugged in and will make sure you are a happy customer. Highly recommend!!!"
