Our Process
Our process starts off with a warm welcome from Mark, the owner and point person for projects. He will discuss with you what your goals and aspirations are for your project, and will lead you through the process from start to finish.
Step 1:
Initial Conversations
In Preconstruction, we discuss your goals for the project, and see if we would be a good fit. From here we can look at numbers and build your design and construction estimate!
Step 2:
Design & Construction Estimate
The design and construction estimate is a cost estimate for your project, at this point, we have discussed your project in depth and have enough information to provide you with this quote. If this quote is accepted, we go on to design your floor plan for no extra charge!
Step 3:
Construction Process
Throughout the life-cycle of the project, Mark is available to assist you with any questions you may have about the construction process, and is able to guide you through any unforeseen circumstances if they arise.
Step 4:
The Finishing
Touches
Once the project has been completed, we touch up the details, and can even offer you a cleaning crew!
